Project Manager – Commercial Carpentry & Fit-Outs
Kolen Carpentry is a respected commercial carpentry subcontractor delivering high-quality carpentry and fit-out packages across South Australia. We work with leading builders on complex commercial, retail, and education projects. We’re now seeking a capable and experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple carpentry packages from award to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage delivery of carpentry subcontract works across multiple sites
Coordinate with head contractors, site managers, and internal site teams
Review scopes, plans, and programs to ensure deliverables are met
Prepare procurement schedules, material orders, and variations
Track project budgets, labour hours, and progress milestones
Resolve site issues and lead weekly reporting and client updates
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures
What You’ll Need:
Experience managing subcontractor works in commercial construction
Strong knowledge of carpentry and fit-out processes
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
Excellent communication and client management skills
Proficiency in project documentation, programs, and MS Office
White Card and driver’s licence (First Aid and other tickets preferred)

Kolen Carpentry is a commercial carpentry and fit-out company delivering high-quality projects across South Australia. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead and oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all on-site activities
Supervise carpentry teams, and suppliers
Ensure site safety, quality, and compliance with building standards
Track progress against programs and report to the Project Manager
Conduct toolbox meetings, SWMS reviews, and daily site checks
Liaise with clients, builders, and consultants as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Sound understanding of carpentry works and site coordination
White Card, First Aid, and relevant tickets (e.g. Working at Heights)
Ability to manage multiple trades and deadlines under pressure

We’re on the lookout for a skilled and reliable 2nd Fix Carpenter to join our Adelaide-based team. You’ll be working on high-quality commercial fit-outs, installing doors, skirtings, architraves, cabinetry, and finishing elements with precision.
Your Role Will Include:
Completing detailed 2nd fix carpentry works on-site
Reading and interpreting construction drawings
Working efficiently with tools and machinery
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Collaborating with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
Qualified carpenter (III Carpentry)
High attention to detail and finishing standards
Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team
Own tools and white card
Driver’s licence and reliable transport
